NEWSFLASH :One of the suspects in the killing of Ramgen Bautista, aka Ram Revilla, has surrendered. Ryan Pastera surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) today. Ryan pastera has been tagged as the middleman in the Ram Revilla killing because he was, allegedly, responsible in getting the services of hired guns to kill Ram Revilla. A warrant of arrest was issued for Ryan Pastera earlier this month. Pastera denied that he was in hiding. He said he was vacationing out of town when he learned that there was a warrant issued for his arrest.
